To list a few, here are some ways skills from job postings and job seekers will not match:
– Typos: ‘Projects/’ (yes with the added ‘/’)
– Pluras vs singular form
– Abbreviated vs not (ML vs Machine Learning)
– Languages listed under skills and not using the language section
– Locale variations
